(Of course, making an inquiry to Oh!Boyd is never an offer to buy.)
CUSTOM LIMITATIONS: You are invited to browse through our online retail catalog. If you like our work, you will like your custom made item(s). Please keep the following limitations in mind:
- We will not make items to your design specifications, and we absolutely never copy other artisans' work or commercial products.
- We work only within the Oh!Boyd style and do only minor alterations to current Oh!Boyd catalog items. Small adjustments that are done include lengthening or shortening a purse strap, adding a pocket or divider to a purse or large pouch, changing a bead type or color, or adding a snap or other hardware to a pouch.
- Catalog Item Size Changes are almost always do-able.
- Leather products like pouches and cases are made to fit customer furnished specifications of size (length, width, depth) of intended contents. Cardboard dummies are made to make sure of a good fit. Please furnish exact and accurate dimensions of contents.
- Your item will only be made of leather and other materials (beads, drawstrings, and other attachments) that are regularly stocked by
Oh!Boyd, no exceptions.
- Design and Photo Rights are always reserved by Oh!Boyd.
COMMUNICATE VIA E-MAIL: You must have access to the Internet and use E-mail to work with us. We reply to your inquiry within one day, usually with the quote price(s) and shipping date estimate. If clarification is necessary, we will communicate with you via E-mail.

PRICES: Oh!Boyd is HAGGLE-FREE. Best price is always quoted first time. Quoted prices are not negotiable.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS: All orders, including custom orders, are paid up front, in full.
CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATION FEES: You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of placement with no fee. After that, custom orders may be canceled prior to production with partial refund - a minimum 25% fee applies. If production has begun, an additional 25%-50% restocking, rescheduling fee may apply, depending on production stage.
RETURNS: Custom orders are not returnable. Don't get stuck with an attractive but unusable case or pouch. Sizes are verified before leather is cut and cardboard dummies are made to match the dimensions you furnish for your pouch/case contents. Please submit accurate measurements of the item(s) that will be stored in your pouch/case prior to ordering. Send any corrections ASAP.
HOW LONG TO SHIP DATE? Allow one week to three weeks to ship date per custom order, sometimes more, depending on item(s) and quantity.
QUOTATIONS: Quotes are made via Email or special web page. Price quotations are based on cost of leather and materials that are in stock or readily available (in stock at suppliers) at the time of the quote.
- A quotation is not a guarantee that specific leather, leather colors, beads, or other elements will remain on hand or readily available.
- Quotation prices are guaranteed for 3 business days; extended only per request.
- A quotation estimate of ship date is based on the order being placed promptly. Production time slots will not be held open for an order that has not yet been placed.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Orders within USA are mailed USPS.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE USA: We will send an invoice (via PayPal) for your total order including USPS international postage fees. Shipping Fees vary by country, package weight, and the grade of service you select. Expedited shipping can get quite expensive. Regular air mail is most economical but date of delivery is not guaranteed. Don't forget to check with your Customs Department to determine duty or VAT.
ADDING ARTWORK/PERSONALIZATION: Drawings are done with burning pens, embroidered beads, and a bit of leather paint. A design can be added directly to a leather item, or the art can be created on a separate piece of matching or contrasting colored leather and the finished art piece will be hand stitched to the pouch as a lightly padded patch. You can see samples of what can be done throughout the catalog and. Several items are featured on the Custom Drawstring Pouches page. Note: Due to intricacy of drawings, most burned drawings are limited to 4" x 6" pouches and larger.
