Oh!Boyd does just a wee bit of custom work.
Catalog pages indicate if custom sizing
is available for certain small pouches and accessories.
As a general policy,
Minor alterations will be made to current Oh!Boyd designs priced over $25. The only adjustments that are considered include lengthening or shortening a purse strap, adding a pocket to a purse or large pouch, changing a bead type or color, or adding a snap or other hardware to a pouch.
Oh!Boyd does not make custom purses or other large bags.
However...
Once in a while, I will make a special custom size small soft case or pouch. These unique artisan-designed and crafted items and any artwork on them are limited to Oh!Boyd style and design. That is, your needs/requests for size and art content, not your style or design, are incorporated into Oh!Boyd work.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Making an inquiry to Oh!Boyd is not an offer to buy.
CUSTOM LIMITATIONS: You are invited to browse through my online retail catalog. If you like my work, you will probably like your custom made item(s). Please keep the following limitations in mind:
COMMUNICATE VIA E-MAIL: You must have access to the Internet and use E-mail to work with me. I reply to your inquiry within one day, usually with the quote price(s) and shipping date estimate. If clarification is necessary, I will communicate with you via E-mail.
PRICES: Oh!Boyd is HAGGLE-FREE. Best price is always quoted first time. Quoted prices are not negotiable.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS: All custom orders are paid in full when ordered, no cancellation, non-refundable.
CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATION: Small custom orders may be canceled prior to production with partial refund - a 25% restocking, rescheduling fee applies.
HOW LONG TO SHIP/PAY DATE? Allow one week to three weeks to ship date per custom order, sometimes more, depending on item(s) and quantity.

QUOTATIONS: Quotes are made via special web page or by Email. Price quotations are based on cost of leather and materials that are in stock or readily available (in stock at suppliers) at the time of the quote.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Orders within USA are shipped USPS.
ADDING ARTWORK: I work with burning pens and leather paint. Usually I create the art on a separate piece of matching or contrasting colored leather and hand stitch the finished art piece to the pouch as a lightly padded patch.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE USA: For the cost of the additional (Regular Air Mail or Global Priority) postage, Oh!Boyd is delighted to send shipments outside of the USA. All additional fees must be prepaid in full at time of order.

Orders
All Oh!Boyd products are made in the USA. Some components,
however, like beads and some findings, are finely crafted by
artisans in other parts of our small planet.
Information for Resellers
- Purses and Possibles Bags are not custom made. However, when you order a current design, straps can be ordered to specific length, and additional pockets can sometimes be added.
- I work only within the Oh!Boyd style. All design rights are/remain Oh!Boyd's. Please do not ask me to copy other artisan's work or to make your designs. For example, if you ask for artwork to be added of "a horse", you get Oh!Boyd's rendition of a horse.
- Leather products like pouches and gusseted cases are made to specifications of size (length, width), color, bead type, or clasp, snap, strap style, anti-tarnish lining, etc.
- If you want beads, drawstrings, or other attachments that are not regularly stocked by Oh!Boyd, please purchase them separately and, if you like, send them for installation, or install them yourself.
- Your item will only be made of leather and other materials that are regularly stocked by Oh!Boyd, no exceptions.
- Design and Photo Rights are always reserved by Oh!Boyd.
- A quotation is not a guarantee that specific leather, leather colors, beads, or other elements will remain on hand or readily available.
- Quotation prices are guaranteed for 3 business days; extended only per request.
- A quotation estimate of ship date is based on the order being placed promptly. Production time slots will not be held open for an order that has not yet been placed.
