These pouches are the most useful pouches that I make.
I try to make all my leather goods to last. Deerskin is very strong, and these pouches are machine sewn, doublestitched, with some additional reinforcement stitching at the lip.
The extra long wrap-around drawstring gives them that old-fashioned look, but it is more than decoration because the extra length can be used to secure the pouch to equipment. I tie one to my walking stick and use it for rock collecting.
Per requests, I have added one more size, all my leather colors (see below), and the options of either a leather tying thong, or the more modern and easy heavy duty clip.
I do make these pouches even larger per special order, but I have to warn you that because of the additional leather, they do get kind of pricey. ---Mary
