TERMS

WHAT ITEMS ARE OFFERED VIA WHOLESALE? Many of the Oh!Boyd leather products, and certain leather, gemstone, and other jewelry items are available in limited quantities, at a discount, for resale. Note that only some of the purses and possibles bags and certain handstitched items are available for resale.

Oh!Boyd also designs and manufactures unique products for you to resell individually to your customers, or to resell with your product (unique leather pouch packaging), or to give to your clients, customers, and/or employees (special events, etc.).

Whatever Oh!Boyd product you will be selling or giving, the design, manufacture, photography, and other product rights are always retained by Oh!Boyd - see below, for further information.

DROP SHIP/AUCTION: No drop ship program is available. No second party drop ship program allowed. No underpricing via auction allowed.

QUOTATIONS: Oh!Boyd quotes via special web pages like this one or via Email. Price quotations are based on cost of leather and materials that are in stock or readily available (in stock at suppliers) at the time of the quote.

A quotation is not a guarantee that specific leather, leather colors, beads, or other elements will remain on hand or readily available.

Quotation prices are guaranteed for 3 business days; extended only per request.

A quotation estimate of ship date is based on the order being placed promptly. Production time slots will not be held open for an order that has not yet been placed.

REQUOTE FEE: If you are asking for a quotation for a custom pouch, please submit correct measurements of the pouch, or else please submit exact dimensions (length, width, depth) of your item that must fit into your custom pouch. See link below for helpful tips about ordering custom pouches. Quoting is very time consuming, so your accuracy is very much appreciated, especially since I will quote without charge and without expectation of a sale. But only the first quotation is free; the fee for Requotes is $60 per item.

PRICES: Oh!Boyd is HAGGLE-FREE. Best price is always offered first time. You must decide if the necessary retail price fits your venue. Quoted prices are not negotiable.

MINIMUM ORDER: First wholesale orders (net after discounts) must equal a minimum of $200. Subsequent orders may be as small as $50.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full when ordered. See below - Order Cancellations and Refunds for further information.

HOW LONG TO SHIP DATE? Allow two weeks to six weeks to ship date, depending on size of order, and current production schedule.

CUSTOM LIMITATIONS:

I work only within the Oh!Boyd style. Please do not ask me to copy other artisans' work or to make your designs. For example, if you ask for "a horse", you get Oh!Boyd's rendition of a horse.

Leather products (and jewelry - see ohboydjewelry.com) are made to specifications of size (length, width), color, bead type, or clasp, snap, strap style, anti-tarnish lining, etc.

If you want beads, drawstrings, or other attachments that are not regularly stocked by Oh!Boyd, please purchase them separately and, if you like, send them for installation, or install them yourself.

Your product will only be made of leather and other materials that are regularly stocked by Oh!Boyd, no exceptions.

Please allow enough time for your project. If you need pouches for an event the end of October, you should be ordering no later than mid-September.

LOGOS/BRANDING: Although there are some exceptions, Oh!Boyd does not usually do custom branding. However, this is something you might like to do yourself. Contact me for suggestions regarding designing and purchasing brands and irons.

LARGE ORDERS: Oh!Boyd reserves the right to decline large orders. Large orders are any orders of 50 items or more. It doesn't hurt to ask, though. I will always at least try to accommodate your requirements.

RUSH ORDERS: Oh!Boyd reserves the right to decline rush orders. Rush Orders are any orders that are required to be produced and shipped before the typical quoted/estimated Order to Ship Date Schedule. Usually, NOT always, every effort will be made to meet your rush deadline. Any stepping up of production to meet your deadline will incur an additional 25% rush fee. Rush orders, including rush fees must be paid in full in advance. Rush orders may not be canceled and are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION: If you must, most regular orders can be canceled prior to the ship date. Please send notification of cancellation as early as possible. A 25% restocking/rescheduling fee applies. Cancellation of custom orders and rush orders will not be accepted.

RETURNS: Regular order returns for refund must be made within two weeks of receipt of order. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. All custom orders and rush orders may not be returned for refund.

FLAWS/EXCHANGES: Any Oh!Boyd flawed items may be exchanged anytime.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: Figure approximately 8% of total order for USA shipments. Wholesale orders within USA are shipped USPS Priority. Overnight delivery, international shipping, or other requirements are at customer's additional expense.

SAMPLES: Orders are accepted from prospective (verified) wholesale customers for one or two (different) items at quoted wholesale price plus shipping/handling prior to customer making a full order. Restocking fee of 25% applies for returned samples. Shipping and handling charges for samples are not refundable.

For resellers, most Oh!Boyd regular products are attractively carded and ready to hang or have small tags attached. The cards and tags contain informational legends, product information, and/or instructions.

Custom Oh!Boyd pieces are not tagged. They are, however, generally signed (inside).

It is not necessary to include Oh!Boyd tags with Oh!Boyd items or to display or convey Oh!Boyd information with your own product that may be sold with or via an Oh!Boyd product, or to even make mention of Oh!Boyd (although that is appreciated).

Whether items are tagged or carded, signed, or unsigned, design and other product rights belong to Oh!Boyd. Please do not indicate or claim, deceive or allow an assumption that an Oh!Boyd product is manufactured or designed by anyone but Oh!Boyd.

Oh!Boyd also retains these artisan rights whether or not the items were designed to be sold as packaging with/for your product.

You may not act as distributor, representative, or manufacturer of Oh!Boyd products or designs, nor may these items be conveyed to a third party either physically or by photograph for distribution, representation, or manufacture without express permission of Oh!Boyd.

PHOTOGRAPHY - YOURS AND MINE: Use of Oh!Boyd photographs is by permission only. Please contact me before copying my photographs. My photographs may not be altered. Ownership watermarks must be retained.

Oh!Boyd retains product rights, so please ask for express permission prior to photographing Oh!Boyd products for commercial use.
