TERMS REGARDING QUANTITY ORDERS
Making an inquiry to Oh!Boyd is not an offer to buy.
POUCHES IN LARGER QUANTITY: I do make pouches for special events, unique packaging, etc. -- as many as 50 once in a while, rarely more than that. Please allow enough time for your project. If you need items for an event the end of October, you should be ordering no later than mid-September. Oh!Boyd reserves the right to decline larger orders. It doesn't hurt to ask, though. I will always at least try to accommodate your requirements.
COMMUNICATE VIA E-MAIL: You must have access to the Internet and use E-mail to work with me. I reply to your inquiry within one day, usually with the quote price(s) and shipping date estimate. If clarification is necessary, I will communicate with you via E-mail.
PRICES: Oh!Boyd is HAGGLE-FREE. Best price is always quoted first time. Quoted prices are not negotiable.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS: All custom/quantity orders are paid in full when ordered.
ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUNDS: Some small quantity orders may be canceled prior to production with partial refund - a 25% restocking, rescheduling fee applies. Larger orders that require material ordering/purchase and large blocks of production time may not be cancelled and are non-refundable.
HOW LONG TO SHIP/PAY DATE? Allow one week to three weeks to ship date for quantity orders, depending on item(s).

QUOTATIONS: Quotes are made via special web page or by Email. Price quotations are based on cost of leather and materials that are in stock or readily available (in stock at suppliers) at the time of the quote.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Orders within USA are shipped USPS.
LOGOS/BRANDING: There are some exceptions, but Oh!Boyd does not regularly do custom branding. This is something you might like to do yourself, though, so contact me for suggestions regarding designing and purchasing brands and irons.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE USA: For the cost of the additional (Regular Air Mail or Global Priority) postage, Oh!Boyd is delighted to send shipments outside of the USA. All additional fees must be prepaid in full at time of order.

artisans in other parts of our small planet.

- Quotation prices are guaranteed for 3 business days; extended only per request.
- A quotation estimate of ship date is based on the order being placed promptly. Production time slots will not be held open for an order that has not yet been placed.
