Any request to add non-Oh!Boyd items to shipments, or requests that Oh!Boyd purchase items on behalf of customers and ship them to foreign countries, or requests that Oh!Boyd furnish/make product or packaging that allows off shore companies to label their products Made in USA or to avoid USA customs fees will be interpreted by Oh!Boyd as a suspicious and or malicious activity and such requests will be referred to the United States Customs Administration and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Usually you hear from me (Oh!Boyd) within just hours of placing your order.
For certain, you will always receive Confirmation of Order with Estimation of Ship Date within two days of receiving your order.
DELIVERY/DELIVERY DATE
Most Catalog Pages/Items Include Shipping Time Estimates.
Most products are made when you order them and go out within 1 to 4 business days.
Other items require more handwork that must be scheduled over more days - These pieces are marked with longer time estimates.
Usually, there are no delays, but you will be notified promptly if there is a delay, and you will be given the option to cancel your order if you determine that the new time estimate is not acceptable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you must, you may cancel your regular order any time for any reason up to the ship date. Please send notification of cancellation as early as possible.
Sorry, no cancellation of custom orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
Orders are only accepted with
prepayment via PayPal (or see Mail Orders below).
PHONE ORDERS
Oh!Boyd does not accept phone orders.
Why would you want to give me your private information like a
credit card number, expiration date, and security code?
Please place your order online with PayPal.
PayPal does not furnish your credit data to their merchants.
MAIL ORDERS
Oh!Boyd accepts money orders with mail orders.
No personal checks or credit card orders via mail, please.
Mail orders are shipped within 10 business days allowing time for
verification and funds clearance.

Oh!Boyd Uses USPS
I ship USPS 1st Class (3-5 day) service.
If you prefer USPS Priority (2-3 day) service, use the low cost shipping upgrade payment button found on every catalog page.
Use the button once for any total order.
RUSH SHIPPING
Rush shipping services are available at additional costs. Inquire.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on regular orders over $100.
This offer does not apply to custom or quantity orders.
RUSH ORDER FEE
Usually, NOT always, every effort will be made to meet your deadline.
Estimated Ship Time is listed for every catalog item. Most items are ready to ship within three to four business days. Large orders may take a bit longer.
Inquire about getting your order faster than estimated. Please note that any stepping up of production to meet your deadline will incur an additional 25% rush fee.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF USA
For the cost of the additional postage, I am delighted to send shipments outside of the USA. Please use the button - left, bottom of every website page to upgrade to international regular (air) mail. If you want to upgrade further to Priority Mail, please E-mail for current cost.

Since Oh!Boyd products are made from materials like leather and stones, they will almost always have some markings of time, and because each piece is handmade, one item will differ somewhat from the next. However, although annoyingly proud of craftsmanship and quality, over the many moons of thinking I was doing just fine, I have indeed missed a thing or two. SO, if you feel that one of your Oh!Boyd items has workmanship flaws or is broken, please contact me as soon as
possible and I will furnish instructions how to return your purchase for a genuinely cheerful exchange.
Other than that,
if you simply do not like what you get, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will furnish instructions how to return your purchase. Your money will be refunded promptly with thoroughly hidden grumpiness.
Flawed or broken custom work and/or items from large quantity orders may be returned for repairs or exchange but not for refund.
PRIVACY GUARANTEE
When you purchase an Oh!Boyd product through PayPal, no credit card or
checking account information is furnished to Oh!Boyd -- just order details
and shipping address.
Oh!Boyd will NEVER ask for private information.
Oh!Boyd will NEVER publish, sell, transfer, or
give away any customer or visitor data.
LARGE ORDERS/SPECIAL DEADLINES
If you have large orders or special deadlines, please order early.
The earlier, the better.
ORDER REJECTION
Every effort will be made to meet your requests and to meet your needs.
However, Oh!Boyd reserves the right to reject orders because of a large order size,
a deadline that cannot be met, a product that is not available, a custom order that does not match Oh!Boyd style, or unacceptable payment terms.
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If you inadvertently order two or more of a posted one-of-a kind item, your money for the duplicates will be promptly refunded.
DUPLICATE/SEPARATE ORDERS FOR ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If, on the rare occasion your order for a one-of-a-kind item comes in before I get a chance to post a previous sale of the item, your order will be promptly refunded.
SUBSTITIONS
Absolutely no substitutions are made without notice prior to shipment.
Any items that you receive that do not match full catalog description and/or your order confirmation description should be returned for full refund.
MINNESOTA SALES TAX
Sales tax applies to sales to Minnesota addresses.

Most Oh!Boyd regular products are carded or have small tags attached. The cards and tags contain informational legends, product information, and/or instructions. Although it is not necessary to include Oh!Boyd tags with Oh!Boyd products, please do not indicate or claim, deceive or allow an assumption that an Oh!Boyd product is manufactured or designed by anyone but Oh!Boyd.
Oh!Boyd designs and products may not be conveyed to a third party either physically or by photograph for purpose of resale or copy, and may not be distributed or manufactured by anyone but Oh!Boyd without express permission of Oh!Boyd.
Custom pieces are not tagged. They are, however, generally signed (inside), and design rights belong to Oh!Boyd whether or not they have been signed. Oh!Boyd also retains rights whether or not the items were specifically designed to be sold as packaging with/for your product.
PHOTO AND WEBSITE TEXT RIGHTS
Photographs and written text on the Oh!Boyd websites belong exclusively to Oh!Boyd and may not be copied or distributed without express permission from Oh!Boyd.
All Oh!Boyd products are made in the USA. Some components,
however, like beads and some findings, are finely crafted by
artisans in other parts of our small planet.
