Not Sure? The catalog dimensions for pouches and cases are flat pocket measurements, outside seam to seam. Don't forget to allow for the depth of your item. Also, please allow at least an additional 1/4" seam allowance at sides and bottom on the inside.
The items you order are made by hand and just for you.
We have no use for returned goods, and we hate to waste time and expensive leather.
So please ask us if you are not sure of size.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Usually you hear from us (Oh!Boyd) within just hours of placing your order.
For certain, you will always receive Confirmation of Order with Estimation of Ship Date within two days of placing your order.
DELIVERY/DELIVERY DATE
Most Catalog Pages/Items Include Shipping Time Estimates.
Most products are made when you order them and go out within 3 to 7 business days (except during Holiday Rush - see below). Other items require more handwork that must be scheduled over more days - These pieces are marked with longer time estimates. Throughout most of the year, there are no delays, but you will be notified promptly if there will be a delay for some unpredictable reason, and you will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty if you determine that the new time estimate is not acceptable.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING - PLEASE ORDER EARLY
Watch upper right corner of every catalog page for shipping date estimates. Most Oh!Boyd items are made when ordered, and the holidays season is our busiest time of year, and, although we try to keep up, for some products, we have to extend the time between order date and shipping date. This extended time begins by November 15. Estimates may grow from the usual 3-7 days to as much as 8-10 days. Cut-off for ordering purses and possibles bags for Christmas delivery is December 1, and regular items ordered after mid-December, allowing for transit time, might not make it in time for Christmas.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - REGULAR CATALOG ITEMS - NON-CUSTOM (CUSTOM WORK TERMS ARE BELOW)
Please send notification of cancellation (or change) as early as possible. You may cancel anytime before ship date - usually 1-7 days from order date. For some items, like custom work and purses and possibles bags, a 25% - 50% fee may/may not apply, depending on the stage of production of your order.
PHONE ORDERS
Oh!Boyd does not accept phone orders.
Why would you want to give us your private information like a credit card number, expiration date, and security code?
Please place your order online with PayPal. PayPal does not furnish your credit data to their merchants.
MAIL ORDERS
Oh!Boyd accepts money orders with mail orders.
No personal checks or credit card orders via mail, please. Please allow time for verification and funds clearance.

Oh!Boyd sells gift certificates via PayPal. These certificates are redeemable for Oh!Boyd goods via the Oh!Boyd website catalog.
We do not issue refunds for gift certificates, except for small refunds up to $5 USD for leftover funds after purchase.

We ship USPS 1st Class (3-5 day) service.
If you prefer USPS Priority (2-3 day) service, use the low cost shipping upgrade payment button found on every catalog page.

Rush shipping services are available at additional costs. Inquire.

Usually, NOT always, every effort will be made to meet your deadline.
Estimated Ship Time is listed for every catalog item. Most items are ready to ship within three to seven business days. Large orders may take a bit longer. Inquire about getting your order faster than estimated. Please note that any stepping up of production to meet your deadline will incur an additional 25% rush fee.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF USA
International shipping/handling rates are added to our Online Orders automatically, but may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees, invoiced separately. Before ordering, you might like to inquire via Email. We can send an invoice (via PayPal) for your total order, including the grade of USPS mail service you choose. Expedited shipping can get quite expensive. Regular air mail is most economical but date of delivery is not guaranteed. Don't forget to check with your Customs Department to determine duty or VAT.
REPAIRS ARE ALWAYS FREE
Repair of any and all Oh!Boyd items, regular and custom made, no matter how old, is always free. If it is a repair of an Oh!Boyd error and returned for repairs within 30 days of purchase, we will reimburse your 1st class postage.
PRIVACY GUARANTEE
When you purchase an Oh!Boyd product through PayPal, no credit card or checking account information is furnished to Oh!Boyd -- just order details and shipping address. Oh!Boyd will NEVER ask for private information. Oh!Boyd will NEVER publish, sell, transfer, or
give away any customer or visitor data.
LARGE ORDERS/SPECIAL DEADLINES
If you have large orders or special deadlines, please order early. The earlier, the better.
ORDER IN QUANTITY

ORDER REJECTION
Every effort will be made to meet your requests and to meet your needs. However, Oh!Boyd reserves the right to reject orders because of a large order size, a deadline that cannot be met, a product that is not available, a custom order that does not match Oh!Boyd style, or unacceptable payment terms.
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If you inadvertently order two or more of a posted one-of-a kind item, your money for the duplicates will be promptly refunded.
DUPLICATE/SEPARATE ORDERS FOR ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If, on the rare occasion your order for a one-of-a-kind item comes in before we get a chance to post a previous sale of the item, your order will be promptly refunded.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Absolutely no substitutions are made without notice prior to shipment. Any items that you receive that do not match full catalog description and/or your order confirmation description should be returned for full refund.

We sell goods that we make by hand just for you.
Your order confirmation will show some of the most important information from the terms below.
However, since making a purchase of hand crafted goods is quite different from buying mass produced goods,
it is recommended that you read and understand how this type of purchase is different.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - REGULAR CATALOG ITEMS, NON-CUSTOM

- Custom Work is not returnable.
- There is a 25% Restocking Fee for non-custom Purses & Possibles Bags.
- Shipping/Handling Fees are not refundable.
- Bargain Page Items - Sales are Final.
Flawed/Broken Items Returned for Repair or Replacement
Since Oh!Boyd artisan-crafted leather art products are made from materials like leather and stones, they will almost always have some markings of time, and because each piece is made by hand, one item will differ somewhat from the next. However, although annoyingly proud of craftsmanship and quality, over the many moons of thinking we were doing just fine, we have indeed missed a thing or two. SO, if one of your Oh!Boyd items has workmanship flaws or is broken, please contact us as soon as possible. We will repair your item and send it back to you promptly. If we cannot repair your regular catalog item, we will replace it at no cost to you. There is no time limit. Repairs are always free.
Items Returned for Refund
Most items can be returned for full refund, if they are unused and returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom work may not be returned. For non-custom Purses & Possibles Bags, there is a 25% restocking fee. Your refund (to the original transaction only) will be made promptly.
Items Returned for New Size Exchange or Returned for Different Item Exchange
Your handmade goods (non-custom) will only sometimes be accepted for exchange. We have no use for returned goods. Therefore, we reserve the right to refund (see above) rather than exchange, since most times it is very unprofitable to accept the unusable return, plus use up more material and production time to make replacement goods.

Cancellation
You may cancel your custom order or Purses & Possibles Bag order within 24 hours of placement with no fee. After that, custom orders may be canceled prior to production with partial refund - a minimum 25% fee applies. If production has begun, an additional 25%-50% restocking, rescheduling fee may apply, depending on production stage.
Sales are Final
Custom orders are not returnable. Don't get stuck with an attractive but unusable pouch, case, or bag. Before leather is cut, please verify sizes stated in your quote, outlined on your invoice, and duplicated on your order confirmation. Please submit accurate measurements of your item (contents of your custom pouch or case) for quote, and send any corrections ASAP. Read your quote, your invoice and your order confirmation carefully. Is everything correctly described? Submit corrections and changes ASAP.
REPAIRS ARE ALWAYS FREE.
ABOUT THE DEERSKIN LEATHER
Unlike factory made leather goods that are made with touched up, flaw corrected leather, we hand make our goods with the real thing. The leather we use is deerskin that comes from wild deer, so items often have interesting scars and other markings of time that are never considered to be flaws.
Color Chart Photo Colors are approximate to actual. Please expect some color tone variation from your computer screen to actual. Also, leather colors vary somewhat with each tannery run, vary slightly from hide to hide, and even have some color variation within the hide. Note also that the available colors (chart) change from time to time, and therefore the colors are not guaranteed to match from order to order. If you would like a set of matching items, it is best to order them at the same time, so we can cut them from one hide.
